Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn was born in America. Her most famous role was as Skyler on AMC's drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding supporting Performance on a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. The actress fell in love with acting at Preparatory school after which she moved to Ohio with her family in early 1970s. Anna attended the British American Drama Academy and took classes in theatre in the theatre department at Northwestern University. Anna started out in Chicago, working in theatre roles for many years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in TV shows and films. Anna received her breakthrough in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden for the duration of 29 episodes on Down the Shore. Following her appearance as a Guest on several TV shows and Films, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 90's and was later cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. In the mid 2000's she was placed in Deadwood playing Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler is Her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully is the Deadwood film and a few other films were also starring her. Gunn also took to the stage to play in the David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. Gunn also played a part in the play Numbered Day. It is an audio-based podcast that consists of four audio dramas. The drama of Breaking Bad is driven by the relationship that exists between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their strained relationship. The degrading of this relationship is akin to Walter White's dying days.
